We’re here to help! Whether you’re curious about styles, booking, or what to expect, we’ve got you covered. At Mrs. Braidsshop, we’re always ready to answer your questions and guide you every step of the way.
You can easily book by selecting your desired service(s), choosing your preferred stylist and date, and paying a $50 deposit to secure your spot.
The $50 deposit is non-refundable. It secures your appointment and goes toward your total balance at checkout.
Yes — you can reschedule up to three times as long as it’s done at least 72 hours before your appointment. The deposit will still be applied.
Missed appointments or late reschedules (under 72 hours) may result in a lost deposit. Please reach out early if you need to make change
We specialize in braids and protective styles and are expanding into nails, makeup, and lash services. You’ll find everything you need to glow in one place!
Please arrive with clean, detangled, and product-free hair unless otherwise advised. We’ll handle the rest — just come ready to relax!
